A Man of War
-So God begins to reason with Himself: AHow shall I go to battle?@
I shall go to Bethlehem and arrive under the cover of a baby, I will assume the role of a child in a house of a simple carpenter and his godly wife. I will hide in obscurity for twelve years and then briefly appear for a confirmation of the battle plan. I will then wait for eighteen years and be forgotten by most until I appear on a sleepy Sabbath morning and rise from the sawdust and the workbench of the carpenter's shop.
-The book of Mark finds the Lord waging a war in a very different way.
